Provisions of 97th Amendment Struck Down: SC ९७ व्या घटना दुरुस्तीच्या तरतुदी रद्द: सर्वोच्च न्यायालय

सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने गुजरात उच्च न्यायालयाचा २०१३ चा निर्णय कायम ठेवला आणि संविधान (९७वी  दुरुस्ती) कायदा, २०११ मधील काही तरतुदी रद्द केल्या.

युरोपियन युनियनने (ईयू) ५५ पॅकेजसाठी फिट हा नवीन हवामान प्रस्ताव जाहीर केला. डिसेंबर २०२० मध्ये युरोपियन युनियनने पॅरिस करारानुसार सुधारित राष्ट्रीय निर्धारित योगदान (एनडीसी)   सादर केले.
